I/we (the person submitting this order and my law firm) agree to pay your invoice upon receipt. I/we agree to pay a service charge of 1.5% per month and/or a $5.00 per month late fee, whichever is greater, on any invoice that remains unpaid beyond 30 days of the invoice date. In the event the services of an attorney or collection agency become necessary, I/we agree to pay reasonable fees for these services as well as all related court costs. I/we understand that you are not required to extend credit and that you may require payment on delivery.
